Refunds & Returns Policy

Please don't be a 'Karen' for no good reason. We are not a large corporation, we are a small family run business, with two crazy kids that already have their own complaints department! On a serious note, we rely on a good working relationship with our customers and love seeing you return for more. We believe it's important to create a refund, returns and cancellation policy that's fair to both us and our customers.

  • Before sending any items back please contact us to discuss the reasons and options for refund or exchange. 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid reason for returning.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request, we will already have discuss this when you contact us but we'll need to see the item.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days to your original method of payment or an exchanged issued. 
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 
  • Certain items, like personalised or sale items, maybe non-refundable.

 

Personalised or Custom-Made Products: 

Due to the unique nature of bespoke items, returns are not accepted for reasons other than defects or misrepresentation.

Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned within a "reasonable period" after purchase. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 

Return Process:

Please contact us as soon as possible on martin@banbadesign.co.uk letting us know the reasons you would like a return or refund. A return must be authorised (this includes standard and bespoke items) before sending the item back.

 

Return Postage/Shipping Costs:

If the item is deemed faulty beyond repair, 2129 will pay for return postage. In the event that the fault is due to misuse or incorrect ordering, the customer will have to pay return postage. 

 

Return Address:

Information will be provided by email on how and where to return your goods if the agreement has been made to make a return or an exchange.

 

Refunds:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: It can take 10 days from the receipt of the returned item to process the refund.
